Thanks for your service, Jim Ismael is one of the best customer service staff that we have met, always very helpful with all our needs, Dan Sanders who worked on our car is also outstanding, when we purchase our new car from Grossinger later this year, I hope that they will still be there to fulfill any needs that we may have, keep up your good standards and we will always utilize your services.
